• Starting at a purchase price of €690 per night, including breakfast
• Exceptional sea view
• Balcony
• Room for two inside the parents’ room
• Supplement for an extra person: €100/night (10 years old minimum)

THE Terrace

• Starting at a purchase price of €730 per night, including breakfast
• Exceptional sea view
• XXL private terrace
• Terrace with bath

Conversion: All payments must be made in the Croatian currency. The amount debited from your credit card is obtained by converting the price given in euros into Croatian kuna at the exchange rate in force, as applied by the National Bank of Croatia. When your credit card is debited, the same amount is converted into your local currency at the exchange rate applied by the credit card associations. This conversion explains any slight difference as may be seen with respect to the price specified on our website.

General conditions of sale

1/ Booking and cancellation policy:

Reservations made from January to April:
50% of the total amount, for confirmation
50% of the total amount 60 days before arrival
Non refundable.

For reservations made from April:
100% of the total amount, non refundable

2/ Security of on-line payments:

Confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using SSL encryption.

Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for prevention o unauthorized access during data transfer.

This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between user and Webteh WebPay Payment Gateway and vice versa.

Webteh WebPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data by using their virtual private network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access.

Webteh is PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider.

Credit card numbers are not stored by Merchant and are not available to unauthorized personnel.

3/ Collection and use of personal data:

Nebesa d.o.o. undertakes to protect its customers’ personal data, only collecting basic information about its customers/users, which is necessary in order to fulfil its obligations. Clients are free to determine the conditions under which their personal data may be used, notably deciding whether or not to have their name included on lists drawn up for mailing campaign requirements. All information supplied will be kept strictly confidential and will only be accessible to employees and those needing to know in order to fulfil their duties. All employees of NEBESA D.O.O. and its business partners must comply with this Privacy Policy.
